About onions

whenever I have a meal, I eat a little onion.

About fruit

As usual, I eat bananas every day.

And when I work night sifts, I bring tomatoes with me.

About nuts

And as expected, I eat nuts and Kratz.

About apple cider vinegar

I drank 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every morning, but I had a sore throat so I stooped.

About carbo hydrate restriction

I can’t stop eating sweets.

Now that the heat has subsided, I will stop eating ice cream during my night shift.

About physical condition

I haven’t been feeling well, for the past 5 days.

Maybe that’s the why I wake up late in the morning.

So, I went to the otorhinolaryngologist on Tuesday.

I’m taking a medicine, but I don’t feel well.

It looks like  it will take some time for things to get better.

About exercise

Therefore, I take the bus to work.

I’m not walking.

I’m staying quite until my sore throat subside.

About rice bran pickles

It still doesn’t taste good.

About spices

I add cinnamon when I drink coffee.

I haven’t eaten homemade chocolate lately.

That’s why I hardly eat turmeric these days.

others

In any case, I have a sore throat.

I’m very thankful for my health.

From now on, I’ll exercise more than I do now.
