About onions

I eat a small amount of onion in a small plate every day.

About fruit

When I working night shift, I’ll take half an apple.

About nuts

I eat nuts, walnut and Crats.

About apple cider vinegar

It hurt inside my nose, I haven’t drank apple cider vinegar for a while.

About carbo hydrate restriction

My bad habits continue.

I end up buying cream puffs at the supermarket on the way home from work.

Is that why my body is not felling well?

About physical condition

I went to an otorhinolaryngology on 12th of last mouth,.

However my sore throat  and head hurt again, I went to otorhinolaryngology on 12th of this month.

I have a headache and sore throat again today.

Anyway, I don’t feel well.

I took the medicine, But it doesn’t get better.

About exercise

I’m not feeling well, so I’m going to work by bus.

About rice bran pickles

I slept without eating after working the night shift。

That’s why I haven’t eaten rice bran pickles either.

About spices

I add cinnamon to my coffee every day.

Sometimes I also eat homemade chocolate。

At that time, I add turmeric to the chocolate.

Ah, my throat hurts.
