体重と食事と血糖値

About my recent eating habits

I drink tomato juice every morning.

I add the shiitake, garlic, ginger powder, and olive oil to the tomato juice.

My breakfast is bran bread and a banana.

I spread Matsuda’s mayonnaise on the banana.

Matsuda’s mayonnaise is expensive. It’s twice the piece of regular mayonnaise.

I thought Matsuda’s mayonnaise was lower in trans fatty acids, but I was wrong.

Supermarkets have limited stock, so sometimes I can’t buy something when I want it.

 

Recently, I have been making vegetables my staple food.

I try to eat bran pickles as much as possible.

Ah

I’m disappointed that I can’t write ”possible” right now.

I’m sure I leaned in junior high school.

Well, don’t care.

 

Whenever I work the night shift, I take half an apple with me.

But, I eat sweets every day.

Everything is water bubbles.

Still, I’ll do my best.
